Truth Talk is a counselling practice operated by Nicole Taylor of Albany on Auckland's North Shore.  She provides telephone counselling and psychological resources for women who are struggling with eating difficulties or body image issues. Additionally she works with women who have difficulty managing their anger.   

Passionate about women's health and women being comfortable in their own skin, Nicole's desire is to empower her clients so they no longer need her. Nicole says "I find most people I work with who have body image or anger issues have locked themselves away in a prison of doubt, fear, and low self-worth. It is a prison without a lock on the door, but they don't realize that. My job is to help those suffering from such problems "get out of jail".  To get them to see themselves in a new light so they can begin allowing themselves room for gradual change"
